OUR EXECUTIVE TEAM

KATHY NICHOLAS

Partner

Began her early career in the hotel industry where she enjoyed thirteen successful years. It was while working as a director of sales at a hotel that she met her business partner, Sarah. “I was quickly convinced after meeting Sarah that I needed to leave my hotel career and join her in radio”. 

After joining a local radio station as a media representative Kathy quickly moved up the ranks to local sales manager and eventually national sales manager for Salem Communications.

After leaving that post, Kathy spent some time at Chicago’s iconic news radio station WBBM radio as a local sales manager. Kathy then went on to start her own agency and soon after, partnered with Sarah to form a full-service advertising agency. With a passion for analyzing clients’ goals and needs and being able to quickly interpret data, she is able to drive strong campaign results for our clients.

Kathy also leads a weekly women’s study for those in crisis. Her deep insight and depth of knowledge, combined with a heart of compassion for those who are hurting, are at the core of who she is. She enjoys poolside chats with her husband, Steve, and spending time with their five adult children, two daughters-in-law, and nine grandchildren.

SARAH WAGNER

Partner

With over 25 years of experience in various media and writing roles, Sarah’s professional focus is the fusion of passion, creativity, and effective communication. In addition to being a partner at Truth Media Services, Sarah is the author of two fantasy fiction novels: “Awakening of the Giants” and “Rise of the Epic Moon,” and is working on her third novel.

Her expertise as an author, combined with her media role, serves to bring clients’ stories to life through various platforms such as radio, television, digital media, event sponsorships, and innovative methods.

Sarah Cavazos Wagner graduated from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, where her media role began as she worked as a news reporter. Afterward, she attended Trinity Evangelical Seminary in Deerfield, IL, where she worked toward a Master of Arts in Religion. 

Following graduation, she continued in media, serving in various roles, including top sales for Salem Media for fifteen years and hosting a popular weekly radio program called “The Food for Thought Show”.

Sarah has been happily married to her husband, Jeff, for more than three decades, and together, they have four adult sons, whom she homeschooled, and two daughters-in-law.

Sarah also speaks Spanish and comes from a Spanish-speaking family. She leads a very active life and loves to cycle, hike, and travel. Growing in her faith is a top priority, and her love for God is the essence of who she is.

PAUL KLEEN

Digital Strategist

Meet Paul Kleen, our dedicated Digital Strategist, who we affectionately call “Boy Genius.” When you work at any level with Paul, you will also call him that. Paul plays a pivotal role in curating and delivering the truth through carefully crafted and strategically executed digital campaigns. 

With a passion for analytics and a mad scientist approach to detail and innovation, Paul brings a huge wealth of experience to the role of Digital Strategist to Truth Media Service. His journey in the realm of software and digital development has been marked by a commitment to unraveling the essence of truth in every narrative.

Throughout his nearly 15-year digital marketing career, he has handled over $100 million in online advertising for major brands such as Uber, Postmates, Hilton, T-Mobile, and DIRECTV. His expertise lies in data science, full-cycle sales, and online marketing through search engines and social media platforms.

In previous positions, Paul worked as a data scientist at Framed Data (acquired by Square) and Head of Growth at Paperspace (acquired by Digital Ocean). As the Founder of Pitchit, Paul has successfully raised millions of dollars from venture capital to develop the world’s leading AI-powered first-response marketing platform.

Beyond his professional life, Paul is a husband and father who enjoys traveling and is fluent in Spanish and English. Staying active is a top priority, and he exercises daily and participates in activities like soccer, mixed martial arts, and snowboarding.
